Drug or Crime-Free Addendum

This addendum to your lease agreement is a must-have. The document gives specific requirements regarding crimes/lease violations such as:

• Drug activity

• Prostitution

• Public drunkenness

• Lewd behavior

• Trespassing

• Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle in the premises

• Disorderly conduct

• Street gang activity

• Battery

• Assault

• Discharging weapons

• Acts of violence or threats of violence

• Sexual crimes on or off the premises

• Any breach of the lease agreement
